All tour appointments are confirmed by pre-booking only and secured once a deposit is received.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Each booking requires dedicated planning, including secured accommodation, travel logistics, and reserved time allocated specifically for you. Because of this, rescheduling or transferring tour bookings is rarely possible.

If I need to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred — your choice.
