MULTI-DAY & INTERNATIONAL
By private arrangement.
Rates are starting points and depend on the destination, travel involved and proposed itinerary.
Shorter experiences are considered for destinations closer to Melbourne. Longer interstate journeys generally require extended bookings, while international invitations are best suited to multi-day arrangements.
If I’m already visiting your city, my published touring rates may apply instead.

MORE THAN JUST A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT
Alessia Without Borders is about enjoying the complete experience.
Fine dining, concerts, galleries, shopping, sporting events, beautiful hotels, exploring somewhere new and those lovely moments when we have absolutely nothing planned.
Perhaps you’re travelling for business, attending a special occasion or simply want wonderful company for a few days.
Travel With Me invitations are also welcome, including holidays, multi-city adventures and international journeys.
Our arrangements are tailored around your invitation rather than a rigid hourly itinerary.

MY TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
I arrange my own travel using our agreed itinerary.
• International flights: Business or First Class required.
• Domestic flights: Premium cabins preferred where available.
• Accommodation: My own private room in the same five-star hotel or luxury property, unless otherwise agreed.
• Travel expenses: Flights, accommodation, transfers and other agreed expenses are additional to my rate.
• Activities: Restaurants, tickets, events and entertainment are additional unless agreed otherwise.
For multi-city journeys, suitable private accommodation is required at every overnight destination.
All principal travel arrangements and expenses are agreed before bookings are made.

A LITTLE INDEPENDENCE
Even the most wonderful company benefits from a little breathing room.
For extended and overnight arrangements, I require reasonable personal time for exercise, getting ready, work commitments and simply enjoying my own space.
Normal uninterrupted sleep is included in overnight experiences.
Personal time and sleep form part of the booked duration. They do not pause or extend it.
Travel time to and from your destination is separate from our booked time together.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
First-time introductions are very welcome, although successful screening is essential before any FMTY arrangement is accepted.
Depending on the destination and duration, I may request:
• Full legal name and contact details
• Government-issued photo identification
• A current photograph
• Occupation or professional verification
• LinkedIn or established companion references
• Accommodation details and proposed itinerary
Unnecessary identification numbers may be obscured.
Your discretion matters to me, and mine must be equally respected.

A GESTURE OF GENUINE INTENT
Before I begin researching flights, accommodation or preparing a personalised travel proposal, I require a purchase from my Throne Wishlist.
This is not an additional charge.
The full value is credited towards your confirmed arrangement.
It simply establishes genuine intent before I dedicate time to planning your invitation.

DEPOSITS & CONFIRMATION
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.
Flights, accommodation, transfers and agreed travel expenses are additional and must be provided before travel reservations are made.
Your booking is confirmed only once:
• Screening has been successfully completed.
• Your deposit has been received.
• Travel expenses have been provided.
• Our destination, dates and principal arrangements have been agreed.
Until these requirements are satisfied, dates remain available.

The more complete your invitation, the easier it is for me to consider your plans and provide an accurate proposal.
