Terms, Policies & Conditions

This Agreement sets out all conditions relating to bookings, deposits, cancellations, payments, legal disclaimers, copyright, and privacy. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Legal & Service Agreement

Money exchanged at any appointment is strictly for legal personal services, companionship, and/or relaxation therapy, and covers time only. Anything beyond this is a matter of mutual choice between consenting adults of legal age and is not contracted in any manner.

There is no intent to perform illegal activities, and none will be permitted. Should you suggest that money exchanged is for illegal services, the appointment will be terminated immediately.

I reserve the right to decline any booking at my discretion.

Deposits, Cancellations, Rescheduling & Payments

Deposits

  • 30 minutes — $100

  • 1 hour — $200

  • 2+ hours, dinner dates, overnights, tours & Fly Me To You — 50% deposit

  • Deposits are made discreetly via PayID or BeemIt.

  • Balance is payable in cash at commencement.

  • Bookings cannot be held without a deposit.

Standard Bookings (Melbourne)

  • 48+ hours’ notice (under 2 hrs) — deposit may be transferred once to another date within 30 days (subject to availability).

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice — deposit forfeited.

Extended Bookings (2+ hrs)

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Rescheduling considered only with 48+ hrs’ notice, at my discretion.

Touring Bookings

  • Touring dates are extremely limited.

  • 48+ hours’ notice required for any reschedule.

  • 2+ hour bookings — deposit forfeited if cancelled.

  • Shorter bookings — deposit may be transferred within the same tour if 48+ hrs’ notice is given.

  • Any cancellation within 48 hours — deposit forfeited.

  • If a tour booking is not honoured, all payments are forfeited; new deposit/payment required for rebooking.

No-Shows

  • All deposits forfeited.

  • Full booking fee of missed appointment must be paid before any future booking.

  • Repeat no-shows = permanent refusal of service.

Payments, Credits & Refunds

  • All deposits/payments are non-refundable in cases of cancellation, no-show, or breach of terms.

  • If I cancel — you may choose either a full refund or a credit valid for 3 months.

  • In rare cases, at my discretion, a deposit/payment may be transferred.

  • Pre-paid bookings held in credit for a maximum of 3 months.

  • If you shorten a booking, change your mind, or fail to attend, no refunds or credits apply.

  • All transfers/payments are made in full acknowledgement of these policies.

Safety & Security

If I feel unsafe or my privacy is compromised (including attempts to obtain personal details, impersonation, stalking, or harassment), all payments are forfeited and authorities may be notified.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal details (name, contact info, ID if required) are collected solely for booking, screening, and communication.

  • I comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

  • Information is never sold or shared, except where disclosure is legally required.

  • Data is stored securely and only kept as long as necessary.

  • You may request access or updates in writing (ID may be required).

  • Reasonable steps are taken to keep all data accurate, confidential, and secure.

Final Notes

These policies exist to protect us both and to ensure our time together is relaxed, unrushed, and enjoyable.
