TERMS, POLICIES & CONDITIONS

This Agreement sets out all conditions relating to bookings, deposits, cancellations, payments, privacy, and copyright.

By contacting me, paying a deposit, or proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

LEGAL & SERVICE AGREEMENT

All payments made are for my time, companionship, social engagement, and personal company only.

Anything that may occur between consenting adults is a private matter of mutual choice and personal compatibility.

There is no agreement or contract for any specific activity.

Any discussion, request, or implication of illegal services will result in the immediate termination of communication and/or the appointment.

I reserve the right to decline any booking at my sole discretion.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A deposit is required for all appointments.

Incall Appointments

• $200 Deposit Per Booking

Outcall Appointments

• $200 Deposit Per Hour Booked
• Plus Any Applicable Travel Fee

Extended Engagements

• Dinner Dates
• Overnights
• Alessia Without Borders Arrangements
• Touring Appointments

Require a 50% Deposit.

Deposits are accepted via PayID or Beem.

Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable at the commencement of our appointment unless otherwise arranged.

No Deposit = No Booking.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please ensure you are available before confirming your appointment.

Touring appointments, extended engagements, Alessia Without Borders arrangements, accommodation-based bookings, and travel bookings involve significant planning and financial commitments and therefore cannot be cancelled, transferred, or rescheduled.

Any cancellation results in forfeiture of the deposit paid.

NO SHOWS

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid.

The full booking fee for the missed appointment may be required before any future booking is considered.

Repeated no-shows may result in permanent refusal of service.

REFUNDS

Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered for cancellations, shortened appointments, late arrivals, changes of mind, incompatibility, or circumstances beyond my control.

Should I need to cancel an appointment, a refund of any deposit paid or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

SCREENING, SAFETY & SECURITY

Outcalls require screening and identification prior to confirmation.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate any appointment where I feel unsafe, uncomfortable, threatened, harassed, or where my privacy is compromised.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Stalking
• Harassment
• Impersonation
• Attempts to obtain private information
• Recording without consent
• Any behaviour that compromises my personal safety

Where appropriate, authorities may be notified.

PHOTOGRAPHS & CONTENT

All photographs displayed on my website and social media accurately represent me.

I do not provide Facetime verification, video calls, or additional private photographs prior to booking.

Please refer to my website and social media platforms for current content and recent photographs.

All photographs, videos, branding, written content, logos, graphics, and website materials are protected by Australian and international copyright law.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, recorded, screenshot, shared, or used without my prior written consent.

Any personal information collected for screening, communication, or booking purposes is treated confidentially.

Information is never sold, disclosed, or shared with third parties except where required by law.

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure all information remains secure and protected.

These policies exist to protect both parties and ensure our time together remains relaxed, respectful, discreet, and enjoyable.
