HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You will always be communicating directly with me.

No agency.
No assistant.
No third parties.

Bookings are accepted via SMS or email only.

When making an enquiry, please include:

• Your Name
• City of Enquiry
• Preferred Date & Time
• Desired Duration
• Incall or Outcall
• Experience Requested
• Where You Discovered Me

I receive a high volume of enquiries and prioritise clear, respectful communication.

Messages such as “Are you available?”, incomplete enquiries, or requests that can already be answered on my website may not receive a response.

Please ONLY contact me when you are ready to proceed with a deposit.

If you’ve previously been scammed by someone else, I’m genuinely sorry that happened. However, it doesn’t change my booking policy.

I’ve built my reputation over many years by operating professionally, discreetly, and with integrity. This is my business, and I don’t need to justify my policies because of someone else’s actions.

Deposits are required to secure all appointments and are non-negotiable. They protect my time, just as your booking time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you’re uncomfortable paying a deposit, I completely understand, but I won’t be the right provider for you.

WHY IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit secures your appointment and reserves my time exclusively for you.

Once a booking has been discussed and agreed upon, your deposit must be received within one hour.

Until a deposit has been received, your booking remains unconfirmed and may be released without notice.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

No.

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

When I reserve time for you, I am often declining other enquiries, arranging accommodation, planning travel, and setting aside that time exclusively for our appointment.

For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded due to:

• Cancellation
• Change of Mind
• Scheduling Conflicts
• Travel Delays
• Personal Circumstances
• Failure to Complete Screening
• Non-Attendance

Touring appointments, Alessia Without Borders arrangements, overnights, extended engagements, and accommodation-based bookings are particularly time-sensitive and are therefore strictly non-refundable.

Refunds are only provided if I cancel.

Any approved refund will be returned within 72 hours via ATM deposit or over-the-counter bank deposit at a bank branch.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Deposits may be paid via WISE ,PayID or Beem.

The remaining balance is payable in cash at the commencement of our appointment.

Bank transfers on arrival are not accepted.

Unfortunately, over the years I have encountered delayed payments, pending transfers, banking issues, incorrect amounts being sent, and situations where funds have not arrived as expected.

To avoid delays and interruptions to our time together, I simply ask that you arrive prepared with the correct balance.

This policy applies to all clients without exception

WHY DO I USE A BOOKING REFERENCE?

To protect both your privacy and mine, all deposits must be made using the unique Booking Reference I provide.

Please do not use your name, initials, nickname, phone number, or any personal information as the payment reference.

Likewise, please do not include words such as “gift,” “booking,” “appointment,” “service,” or any other description.

Simply enter the Booking Reference exactly as provided (for example: MEL2806A) using capital letters.

This allows me to quickly match your payment to your booking while helping maintain discretion and accurate records.

Deposits received with an incorrect or missing reference may delay confirmation of your booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL, NO-SHOW, OR STOP COMMUNICATING?

Confirmed appointments reserve my time exclusively.

If you cancel on the day, fail to attend, disappear after confirming, or otherwise abandon the booking, your deposit will be forfeited.

In some circumstances, the remaining balance may still be payable.

Future bookings may not be accepted until any outstanding balances have been settled.

Repeat no-shows or timewasters will be permanently declined.

WHAT SCREENING IS REQUIRED?

Safety, discretion, and mutual comfort are important for both of us.

All outcalls require screening.

This may include:

• Full Name
• Photo Identification
• Hotel Confirmation
• Booking Details
• Contact Information

Additional verification may be requested where necessary.

Without screening, your enquiry cannot proceed.

It is expected.

I personally manage all communication, screening, and bookings.

There are no assistants, agencies, or third parties involved.

Your privacy is treated with the same care and discretion I expect for my own.

DO YOU SPEAK WITH PARTNERS, SPOUSES, FRIENDS, OR THIRD PARTIES?

No.

I do not engage with spouses, partners, family members, friends, employers, investigators, or any third party regarding a client or booking.

All communication remains strictly between myself and the person making the enquiry.
