ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, change of mind, or non-attendance.
With a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, deposits may be transferred to a future Melbourne booking at my discretion.
For touring and international bookings, deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable due to advance travel and accommodation commitments.
If I am required to cancel, a full refund will be issued and alternative dates offered.
Please ensure your availability before confirming.
All payments must clear prior to meeting.
International transfers may require up to 72 hours.

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS
All confirmed bookings reserve my time exclusively.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered last-minute.
In these circumstances:
• The full booking fee remains payable
• Deposits are forfeited
• No refunds or transfers apply
• Outstanding balances must be settled before any future bookings are accepted
Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice is treated as a no-show.
In these cases:
• The full booking fee is payable
• Future bookings will not be accepted until payment is received
Clients who cancel at short notice will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments.
