Once your request has been accepted, I will advise how your submission should be provided.

Turnaround varies according to my travel and appointment schedule and will be discussed before payment.

HOW TO ARRANGE A DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Please contact me with:

• Your name
• The digital experience you are interested in
• Preferred duration
• Any particular theme or request
• Your preferred date/time for a live experience
• Any relevant details I should know before deciding whether I can accommodate the request

I will confirm whether the request is something I offer and whether I am available.

For custom work, we will also agree upon the scope of the commission, price and expected delivery timeframe.

Only after those details have been agreed should payment be made.

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

All digital experiences are prepaid in full once accepted.

However, payment alone does not constitute acceptance of a request.

A booking or commission is confirmed only when:

1. You have contacted me with your request.
2. I have personally accepted the request.
3. We have agreed upon the service, price and relevant details.
4. For live services, we have agreed upon a date and time.
5. For custom content, we have agreed upon the scope and anticipated delivery timeframe.
6. I have requested or authorised payment.
7. Payment has been received.

Please do not independently send money and then expect immediate availability, content creation, a call, a video session or another digital service.

An unsolicited payment does not override my availability, boundaries, screening requirements or right to decline a request.

Where payment is sent without my prior approval, it will not automatically create a booking or priority entitlement.

AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY

I travel internationally and balance digital requests with my private appointment schedule.

Digital services are therefore not an on-demand service.

Live calls and sessions take place only at mutually confirmed times.

Custom content is produced within the timeframe discussed when your request is accepted.

Please do not assume that because I am visible online, posting to social media or responding to messages that I am available for a digital appointment or able to create custom content immediately.

Being online is not the same thing as being available.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

Because digital appointments reserve time specifically for you and custom content may require planning, preparation or production, confirmed digital purchases are generally final.

Once production of personalised content has commenced, or a digital appointment has begun, the service cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you change your mind.

Requests to materially change an agreed commission after payment may require a revised quote or additional payment.

If I am unable to fulfil an accepted and paid request, I will arrange an appropriate refund or, where mutually preferred, reschedule the experience.

PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY & MUTUAL DISCRETION

Privacy works both ways.

I take the confidentiality of the people who interact with me seriously, and I expect exactly the same consideration in return.

Information exchanged in connection with a digital experience is to remain private.

This includes, where applicable:

• Real names or identifying information
• Email addresses and telephone numbers
• Usernames and private social-media accounts
• Photographs and videos
• Voice recordings
• Messages and private conversations
• Payment information
• Personal circumstances disclosed privately
• Travel information
• Location information
• Appointment information
• Screenshots or screen contents
• Any other information capable of identifying either party

My personal information, private contact details, whereabouts, accommodation, travel arrangements, identity documents, private accounts and information learned through our communication must never be published, forwarded, exposed, used to locate me or disclosed to another person.

Likewise, material you provide to me in connection with an accepted personalised service will be treated discreetly and used only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed experience, subject to any legal or platform obligations that may apply.

Do not send material belonging to another person or depicting another person without their knowledge and lawful consent.

RECORDING, SCREENSHOTS & THIRD PARTIES

My digital experiences are intended to remain between us.

Unless I have expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

• No screen recording
• No audio recording
• No screenshots of live sessions or private communications
• No photographing another device displaying our session
• No third-party participation
• No broadcasting or streaming
• No sharing your screen with another person
• No reposting private conversations
• No forwarding private content
• No uploading content to websites, forums, groups, cloud-sharing services or social platforms
• No use of my content to impersonate me or create unauthorised profiles
• No AI training, face swapping, deepfakes, synthetic media or digital manipulation using my image, likeness or voice

If another person is to participate in any way, that must be disclosed and expressly agreed upon before the booking is confirmed.

COPYRIGHT & PERSONAL USE

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, photographs, videos, voice notes, personalised recordings and other content created by me remain my intellectual property.

Purchasing personalised content gives you permission to enjoy the supplied material privately for your own personal use.

It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to commercially exploit, publish, redistribute, reproduce or publicly display the material.

Content must not be sold, traded, reposted, uploaded, distributed, sublicensed or used commercially without my express written permission.

Personalisation does not transfer ownership of my image, likeness, voice, performance or intellectual property.

YOUR SUBMISSIONS

Where you voluntarily provide photographs, videos, audio, written fantasies or other material for an agreed digital experience, you confirm that:

• You are an adult legally permitted to purchase the service
• The material belongs to you or you have the necessary rights to provide it
• Everyone depicted is an adult
• Everyone depicted has consented to the creation and relevant use of that material
• The material has not been provided deceptively or without another person’s permission

I reserve the right to decline any submission or request.

BOUNDARIES

A payment never purchases unrestricted access to me.

It does not entitle anyone to demand additional content, extend a session without agreement, repeatedly call, request services outside what was purchased, ignore an agreed timeframe or pressure me into something that was never discussed.

My boundaries apply online exactly as they do offline.

Requests outside the agreed experience can always be discussed, but they are requests, not entitlements.

Respectful communication is expected before, during and after every digital interaction.

BREACHES OF PRIVACY OR TERMS

Unauthorised recording, distribution, publication, impersonation, harassment, disclosure of private information or other serious breaches of these terms may result in immediate termination of the interaction and refusal of future digital or in-person bookings.

Where appropriate, I also reserve the right to report unauthorised content or accounts to the relevant platform, payment provider or other appropriate authority, and to pursue available remedies.

TRANSPARENCY & IDENTITY

Privacy does not mean anonymity without accountability.

If you are communicating with me across different platforms, I expect reasonable consistency about who I am speaking with. Deliberately changing names, usernames, profiles or accounts without explanation can come across as deceptive and may result in me declining or ending the interaction.

If you contact me from a new account or platform, simply tell me who you are and where we have previously communicated. I should not have to piece together different identities to establish who I am speaking with.

Likewise, repeatedly appearing and disappearing, changing identities, making vague promises, offering payments, gifts, bookings or future opportunities simply to regain my attention, without genuine intention to follow through, is not acceptable. I do not engage with carrot-dangling, attention-seeking or manipulative communication.

Trust, consistency and transparency matter to me, particularly when digital interactions may involve private conversations, personal information or intimate material.

I will respect your privacy.

I expect you to respect mine.

Be genuine. Be consistent. Be clear about who you are. Enquire first, agree on the details, wait for confirmation and only pay when invited.

A FINAL WORD

Digital does not mean disposable, anonymous or without boundaries.

Behind every photograph, voice note, message and live session is a real person giving you her time, attention and trust.
